HR Analytics and Administration Officer [26068]

Tasks

• Calculate ad hoc payments
• Collect user feedback on HR digital tools
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data quality checks
• Enter payroll inputs for salary and allowances
• Generate SAP SuccessFactors reporting and real time analysis
• Interface with external payroll service provider
• Maintain and update HR reports
• Manage time and leave
• Participate in HR digitalisation and efficiency improvements
• Perform contract and position administration
• Prepare employment contracts and manage hiring payroll insertion
• Set up and maintain ex ante and ex post payroll verifications
• Support migration from PowerBI to SAP SuccessFactors
• Verify employee entitlements and allowance cases
• Verify payroll monthly for external auditors
• Write requirements for HR digitalisation projects
