Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document IAM requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions
- Document and update IAM policies procedures and configurations
- Evaluate issues and assign tickets to team members
- Generate reports and dashboards for IAM performance and compliance
- Identify and remediate IAM vulnerabilities risks and gaps
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Manage identity lifecycle and access policies
- Monitor and audit IAM systems activities and processes
- Participate in IAM projects and initiatives
- Perform access reviews and audits
- Perform root cause analysis for IAM issues and incidents
- Provide audit privacy legal and compliance support
- Provide technical support and guidance for IAM matters
- Research evaluate IAM technologies and recommend improvements
- Respond to alarms and incidents
- Serve as escalation point for security/access issues
- Support user provisioning and access management
- Test validate and perform quality assurance for IAM solutions
- Train and mentor IAM team members
- Troubleshoot access and permissions issues
