Tasks

Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls and audit documentation
Maintain platform documentation and procedures
Manage identity lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
Participate in on call rotations for critical deployments and release weekends
Perform functional testing and validations
Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support
Provision and deprovision user access rights
Support operational agreements including uptime and incident response
Support technical incidents and problem resolution
Update technical specifications and assist implementation
