Tasks
- Assist with system certification accreditation patching and compliance
- Automate O and M tasks and process improvements
- Coordinate with technical partners to diagnose access routing and performance issues
- Deploy test certify and patch storage and backup systems
- Design and implement network hardware and server infrastructure changes
- Develop SOPs and quick reference guides
- Integrate third party components and modify application code
- Maintain system operations across production pre production and staging
- Manage application service accounts for REST API consumption
- Manage on prem cloud environments for high availability and failover
- Monitor system utilization and performance
- Perform virtualization and network administration
- Provide end user helpdesk and inquiry support
- Provide technical consultation and mentoring
- Support full software development lifecycle planning requirements development testing and QA
- Support quarterly application releases enhancements and bug fixes
- Troubleshoot network and infrastructure components
