Identity Security - Technical Account Manager - Poland
Tasks
- Approve timesheets and invoices
- Architect identity security solutions
- Assist with services resourcing and forecasting
- Conduct technical review sessions with customers
- Coordinate internal collaboration with engineering and product
- Create project plans and SOWs
- Define scope and design identity security deployments
- Deliver technical demonstrations and training
- Identify integration and access issues
- Lead RFP responses
- Manage project lifecycle documentation
- Monitor support requests and client environments
- Oversee technical delivery of SOWs
- Provide technical guidance to clients
- Serve as technical escalation point
- Support product enhancements with feedback
- Troubleshoot identity security implementations
