Implementation Support Administrator

Tasks

• Assist with lessons learned reports and post deployment reviews
• Attend and minute project working groups and integration meetings
• Coordinate diaries travel requests and meeting logistics
• Coordinate logistics between supplier TIMs and site representatives
• Coordinate readiness assessments and pre deployment checklists
• Ensure documentation maintained per IKM and NATO security protocols
• Flag and escalate delivery access and resource issues
• Maintain and update project trackers action logs risk registers and status dashboards
• Manage SharePoint document repository version control and access permissions
• Manage correspondence and documentation flow between stakeholders and supplier
• Prepare and review contractual deliverable documentation
• Provide administrative support to Technical Integration Managers
• Schedule and sequence device deployments across NATO sites
• Serve as first point of contact for administrative queries
• Support compliance checks and audit readiness
• Track acceptance testing outcomes and site sign off documentation
• Track device shipment schedules delivery confirmations and site readiness status
