Incident Management Specialist
Tasks
- Analyze incidents and incident requests
- Communicate with clients and technical teams using ticketing tools
- Coordinate incident escalations to second and third line support
- Drive incident resolution processes and follow up
- Ensure SLA compliance for incident resolution
- Maintain and update CMDB with incident and change data
- Manage and resolve security incidents according to established processes
