Infastructure Operations Analyst
Tasks
- Assist with backup and disaster recovery
- Configure and maintain network devices and security tools
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure assets and procedures
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades and automation initiatives
- Perform routine maintenance including patch management and firmware updates
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot hardware and network issues
- Support Windows and Linux environments
