Tasks
- Administer and support Informatica Data Quality
- Administer and support Informatica Master Data Management
- Administer and support Informatica PowerCenter
- Collaborate with vendors
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Create deployment diagrams and checklists
- Install and configure Informatica applications
- Install and configure new products and components
- Lead upgrades and act as upgrade point person
- Manage server and database patching
- Monitor change control for infrastructure work
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot Informatica environments
- Serve as development resource during downtime
- Set up new environments
- Support Active Directory and LDAP configurations
- Support application development teams with Informatica debugging
- Support disaster recovery events
- Use architecture for installation and troubleshooting
