Tasks
- Conduct complex data analysis
- Create data visualizations using appropriate software
- Develop and maintain departmental policies procedures and best practice documentation
- Ensure data governance alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Identify trends to inform clinical decisions and drive performance improvements
- Independently lead or manage large projects and work groups
- Lead design testing and deployment of analytics solutions
- Mentor train and support informatics staff and end users
- Monitor system performance metrics and drive continuous improvement using data analytics tools
- Perform advanced programming modeling and statistical analysis
- Perform data profiling and analysis to establish modify and maintain data models
- Provide accurate consistent data reporting and analysis for business management
