Tasks
- Advise engineering and platform stakeholders on security architecture
- Balance security resiliency and cost in consumption based environments
- Collaborate with network endpoint data and application security leaders
- Define guardrails and architectural patterns for AI use cases
- Develop and retain cloud security talent
- Enable secure adoption of cloud native and AI ML workloads
- Establish and track operational and risk metrics
- Establish cloud security posture for AWS and Azure
- Lead Cloud Security Engineering and Operations team
- Oversee cloud native security capabilities
- Own cloud security control platforms design and operation
- Partner with incident response and detection teams
- Provide technical judgment during critical incidents
- Scale automate and align security controls to risk tolerance
- Serve as tier 3 escalation point for cloud security issues
- Translate technical findings into risk based updates for executives
