• Deploy digital channel applications enhancements monthly
• Deploy new digital channels and patches using change management
• Ensure 24 7 availability and stability of digital channels
• Implement process improvements and automation quarterly
• Maintain application documentation and compliance checklists
• Manage business service requests within SLA
• Monitor SLA performance and report status
• Produce key management reports monthly
• Resolve high priority incidents within SLA
• Support deployment upgrades for business units
