- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network operations
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Configure firewalls and load balancers
- Configure network routing and switching
- Design secure scalable virtual network infrastructure
- Diagnose network and application issues
- Enforce configuration standards and security controls
- Lead network build, upgrade, and migration projects
- Maintain network documentation topology diagrams and runbooks
- Manage vendor updates and bug resolution
- Monitor network performance capacity and health
- Perform break-fix support and escalation
- Plan and execute network migrations upgrades and maintenance
- Provide L1 L2 infrastructure support
- Support problem management and continuous improvement
