Tasks
- Coordinate lifecycle management for infrastructure platforms
- Coordinate server storage and network engineering
- Establish infrastructure standards documentation and procedures
- Lead infrastructure engineering team
- Lead security monitoring and incident coordination
- Manage Azure infrastructure strategy and monitoring
- Manage infrastructure patching and upgrades
- Manage tier three escalation and complex incident resolution
- Oversee Linux and Windows infrastructure architecture
- Oversee backup retention and disaster recovery readiness
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning
- Provide technical leadership and direction
- Serve as liaison to IT teams for compliance and planning
- Support customer deployments upgrades and operational initiatives
