Tasks
- Act as escalation point for complex incidents
- Create automation using scripting
- Design and implement backup and recovery platforms
- Ensure data retention encryption access control and SOX compliance
- Ensure resilience RPO RTO and retention compliance
- Implement changes using change control processes
- Maintain engineering documentation runbooks and procedures
- Monitor platform health and performance
- Operate and maintain Dell Data Protection Suite
- Perform recovery testing and restore validation
- Provide 24x7 operational support
- Support Linux AIX and Windows Server backup and restore
- Support audit security and regulatory reviews with technical evidence
- Support upgrades patching and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot OS and database issues affecting backup services
