Insurance Assurance Engineer
Tasks
- Author and submit cybersecurity authorization artifacts to eMASS
- Conduct security engineering and architecture assessments
- Coordinate A&A artifact updates and corrections
- Coordinate patching issue troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain system security documentation
- Develop and review ATO submissions
- Document ports, protocols, and services
- Draft review and update SOP TTP POA M and FISMA Score Card
- Evaluate software and hardware security requirements
- Execute STIG checklist execution review and disposition
- Implement automated cybersecurity reporting feeds
- Monitor system resources with automated scanning
- Perform cybersecurity authorization services
- Prepare cybersecurity status briefings
- Serve as information system security engineer for ATO packages
- Support defense in depth principles
- Support site visits and audits
- Verify patch compliance
