Insurance Assurance Engineer
Tasks
- Author review coordinate and submit authorization artifacts to eMASS
- Conduct cybersecurity authorization activities per DoD policies
- Coordinate A and A artifact updates and corrections
- Coordinate execution review and disposition of STIG checklists
- Coordinate patch troubleshooting and escalation
- Create automated reporting feeds for authorization
- Describe and document Ports Protocols and Services
- Develop review and maintain ATO submissions
- Develop security procedures and business processes with appropriate security
- Draft review update security documentation SOP TTP POA&M FISMA Score Card
- Evaluate hardware and software security during pre acquisition
- Implement security procedures and verify security requirements
- Monitor system resources using automated scanning
- Perform cybersecurity authorization services
- Prepare customer cybersecurity status briefings
- Serve as main point of contact for authorization requirements
- Support site visits and audits including SRR
- Verify patch compliance using ACAS
- Verify patch compliance using IAVA dashboards
- Verify patch compliance using Microsoft Defender for Endpoints
