Tasks
- Advise product teams to deploy new products and cloud services securely
- Automate security workflows with DevSecOps
- Close gaps in cloud posture application security and data protection maturity
- Conduct threat vulnerability and cloud provider risk research
- Define secure architecture standards configuration baselines and best practices
- Define security requirements for scalable system architectures
- Ensure compliance with risk standards policies regulatory expectations and audit requirements
- Integrate cloud native security patterns across AWS and Azure
- Lead enterprise security platform design and scaling
- Mentor team members and act as escalation point for complex issues
- Participate in enterprise architecture forums and influence long term cloud and security direction
- Perform security assessments using CSA NIST and PCI frameworks
- Perform threat modeling and vulnerability analysis
- Review cloud services and recommend secure implementation patterns
- Serve as technical leader and consultant for engineering and DevOps teams
- Support cloud security governance data protection and secure adoption frameworks
- Translate security strategy and policy into platform capabilities and implementations
- Tune and enhance information security tools platforms and detection engines
- Write code and scripts to enhance security tooling dashboards integrations and workflows
