Tasks

• Configure hardware and software
• Develop scripts for automation
• Document IT configurations
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems
• Manage corporate tool accounts and configurations
• Manage infrastructure and network performance
• Monitor network activity and threats
• Perform security patching and vulnerability management
• Provide remote technical support
