- Coordinate change control maintenance windows and rollback plans
- Deploy configure and service servers
- Execute firmware updates OS patching and hardware replacements
- Install and maintain switches routers firewalls and load balancers

- Maintain physical access controls and audit logs
- Manage HVAC UPS PDUs and generator systems
- Manage rack builds structured cabling and hardware replacements
- Monitor DCIM dashboards and respond to alerts
- Perform capacity planning and track utilization
- Support SOC 2 and IRAP compliance audits
- Troubleshoot outages perform root cause analysis
