IT Engineer
Tasks
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement repairs and support
- Deliver technical assistance to employees
- Develop and maintain IT documentation SOPs and operational procedures
- Ensure network reliability and security
- Implement and maintain endpoint security
- Maintain role based access controls
- Manage backup and recovery
- Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle
- Manage office network infrastructure wireless VPN firewalls switches
- Manage permissions for productivity platforms and SaaS
- Manage software subscriptions and licensing
- Monitor troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure
- Procure configure deploy maintain employee devices
- Provision and decommission user accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal IT support
- Support internal security policies
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
