Tasks
- Automate routine tasks with PowerShell
- Deploy and image workstations
- Document solutions and update knowledge bases
- Manage Active Directory and provision user accounts
- Provide technical support for hardware software and cloud services
- Respond to user requests via ticketing systems and remote desktop
- Support cybersecurity tasks including password resets and MFA setup
- Troubleshoot Windows and mobile issues
- Troubleshoot network issues including IP DNS VPN and Wi Fi
