IT Infrastructure Supervisor
Tasks
- Administer Microsoft Teams configuration
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Configure and test backups
- Coordinate with cloud service providers on patches and updates
- Create and deploy Group Policy objects
- Deploy Azure virtual servers for hosted apps
- Deploy and configure SSL certificates
- Document and audit user permissions and change management
- Install and configure security and business applications via virtual resources
- Maintain Active Directory and DNS
- Maintain change control documentation and IT procedures
- Manage IT infrastructure support team
- Manage network security patches
- Monitor system performance alerts and outages
- Oversee Azure and M365 infrastructure upgrades
- Troubleshoot domain wide issues
- Write PowerShell scripts for automation
