Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Assist with Azure AD Connect hybrid integrations
- Assist with performance tuning and capacity planning
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base
- Follow change control procedures
- Handle infrastructure escalations from support teams
- Maintain and patch Windows servers
- Maintain server room environment and cabling
- Manage Entra ID and Intune policies
- Manage storage systems and virtual machines
- Monitor and test VM SQL and storage backups
- Monitor infrastructure health
- Provision and configure Azure resources
- Support SQL Server backups and performance checks
- Support compliance documentation and audit readiness
- Support disaster recovery processes and documentation
- Support security incidents and investigations
- Use Group Policy and PowerShell for configuration consistency
