IT Network and Telecommunications Manager
Tasks
- Build mentor and develop network and telecom support team
- Collaborate with application teams on network support
- Coordinate data center access and activities
- Develop and maintain network and telecom business continuity plans
- Ensure security compliance and business continuity
- Evaluate technologies and vendors
- Implement and manage Cisco routers switches firewalls and wireless infrastructure
- Implement global load balancing
- Implement network automation and optimization
- Implement network security policies and controls
- Lead 24 7 telecom support operations
- Maintain network documentation and topology diagrams
- Manage Azure networking environments
- Manage Genesys Cloud CX platform
- Manage SIP trunking call routing and quality monitoring
- Manage network and telecom budget
- Manage on call rotation and paging
- Manage relationships with carriers ISPs and vendors
- Monitor network performance capacity and security
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements
- Optimize telecom costs
- Oversee Microsoft Teams and Zoom video conferencing and telephony infrastructure
- Oversee enterprise network infrastructure design implement maintain
- Oversee vendor performance and SLA adherence
- Set team goals performance metrics and development plans
- Troubleshoot complex network incidents
