- Administer IT service management tooling
- Administer endpoint management
- Administer identity and SSO
- Automate IT operations using scripts
- Build configure and deploy endpoint fleet
- Build maintain integrations automations and workflows
- Contribute to incident request change process maturity
- Document procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Handle incidents and escalations
- Manage identity lifecycle access management
- Mentor junior team members
- Own service quality outcomes
- Participate in global on-call rotation
- Resolve complex helpdesk issues
