- Administer Autopilot build
- Administer Azure cloud services
- Administer Defender and Sentinel security capabilities
- Administer Exchange email services
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenancy
- Administer Microsoft Teams
- Conduct backup checks
- Configure and troubleshoot desktops laptops and mobile devices
- Integrate Apple Business Manager
- Maintain secure configuration standards
- Manage Entra ID
- Manage Intune device management
- Manage access control systems
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure
- Manage endpoint security access policies
- Manage security incidents to closure
- Monitor security tooling including EDR email security identity protection vulnerability scanners and SIEM logging
- Provide day to day IT support to end users
- Resolve hardware and software issues
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing
- Support network firewalls switches and Wi Fi
- Support security assessments and audits
