IT Security Manager (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Build and maintain security policies and standards
- Conduct security risk assessments for new projects
- Coordinate email security and phishing protection
- Coordinate incident response with internal teams
- Define SOC use cases and escalation processes
- Define security KPIs and reporting
- Develop IT security roadmap
- Evaluate SOC performance and improve service
- Implement Microsoft 365 security controls
- Integrate SIEM and log management
- Maintain security measures plan with priorities and ownership
- Manage Conditional Access policies
- Manage access management process
- Manage endpoint security using EDR XDR
- Manage identity and access management
- Manage incident management process
- Manage risk management process
- Manage vulnerability management process
- Plan and run security awareness programs
- Run vulnerability scanning and coordinate patch management
- Select and manage external SOC or MDR partner
- Support audits and regulatory requirements
- Support backup recovery and business continuity from security perspective
