- Coordinate stakeholder feedback on policy updates
- Deliver monthly security awareness communications
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements
- Maintain records of training participation and awareness activities
- Manage privacy and security policy documentation
- Monitor phishing simulation results
- Publish approved documents to internal portal
- Support translation of policy documents
- Track policy updates approvals and version control
- Track security training completion and follow up actions
