- Analyze incidents and support 1st and 2nd level
- Configure SureBackup and restore strategies
- Implement security measures using endpoint protection
- Manage Exchange Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
- Manage File and Print services
- Manage Windows and Debian servers
- Manage tickets and documentation
- Operate and develop monitoring with Checkmk
- Operate and optimize Veeam backup and recovery
- Perform patch and update management
- Plan and execute IT projects and rollouts
