Tasks
- Assist with account permission reviews
- Coordinate IT procurement and vendor repairs
- Create and update IT documentation
- Deploy software and apply updates
- Maintain asset and inventory records
- Manage endpoint MDM policies
- Perform device compliance checks
- Provide first-line IT support
- Provision accounts and access rights
- Revoke access and collect hardware for offboarding
- Set up and manage Windows and macOS devices
- Support MFA checks and access control
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Support printer and meeting room IT setup
- Track warranties and repair status
