IT Support Administrator (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Administer Active Directory and Entra ID
- Assist with endpoint security patching and compliance
- Collaborate with engineers on reliability and performance improvements
- Contribute to system upgrades rollouts and office IT deployments
- Handle incident escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation of solutions processes and IT assets
- Manage Microsoft 365 services
- Manage onboarding and offboarding accounts devices permissions
- Perform LAN WAN Wi Fi troubleshooting
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Provide VPN access support
- Provide level 2 technical support
- Support users onsite and remotely
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot operating system and connectivity issues
- Use Intune for endpoint management
