Tasks
- Administer Active Directory user accounts and permissions
- Administer Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace email
- Configure and deploy IT for onboarding
- Create and maintain IT documentation
- Diagnose and resolve incidents
- Educate staff on IT and cybersecurity best practices
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations
- Escalate incidents when needed
- Generate IT operations reports
- Manage Group Policy
- Manage IT hardware and software assets
- Monitor and respond to security threats
- Perform backups and system updates
- Provide internal user technical support
- Support CRM and business applications
- Track and update IT inventory
- Troubleshoot application issues
