- Administer Active Directory and DNS servers
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and monitor service health
- Coordinate with NOC SOC and cloud teams
- Implement security controls and manage MFA and Conditional Access
- Manage Azure resources and support cloud migrations
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers and Linux systems
- Participate in incident management and security audits
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans
