IT Support Engineer
Tasks
- Communicate ticket status and resolution updates
- Create Knowledge Articles for Helpdesk
- Diagnose and resolve software hardware and networking issues
- Escalate to L2 with troubleshooting notes
- Manage service desk tickets with JIRA Service Desk or helpdesk tools
- Manage service requests incidents and tasks within SLA
- Manage user access by adding and modifying AD and Okta groups
- Perform change management tasks
- Perform incident management and problem management
- Perform root cause analysis
- Provide end-user technical support
- Support users via Slack or Zoom
- Troubleshoot Linux issues
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac issues
