Tasks
- Administer IT asset and endpoint management with Intune or Jamf
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Configure SSO using SAML OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
- Configure SharePoint Teams OneDrive and Exchange Online
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook and email delivery
- Enforce MFA and conditional access
- Manage Exchange Online mail flow rules and security policies
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Manage helpdesk tickets and SLA adherence
- Manage identity and access with Entra ID
- Manage password policies and resets
- Manage privileged security data and credential access logs
- Perform root cause analysis and documentation
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support
- Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues
