IT Support Specialist
Tasks
- Apply drivers antivirus and security patches
- Coordinate asset purchases and warranty follow up
- Create and maintain support documentation and user guides
- Ensure endpoint compliance with IT policies
- Escalate high-impact issues
- Identify and report security incidents and policy violations
- Install update and maintain operating systems and applications
- Log track and close incidents in ticketing system
- Maintain IT asset inventory records
- Manage Microsoft 365 and email issues
- Manage user access password resets and account administration
- Perform physical asset verification audits
- Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support
- Resolve Windows and macOS problems
- Set up and configure user accounts and devices
- Support VPN WiFi and LAN connectivity
- Support onboarding and offboarding of users
- Support remote access and remote user connectivity
- Troubleshoot desktop laptop mobile and printer issues
- Update internal knowledge base and improve support procedures
