Tasks
- Administer user accounts in hybrid cloud environment
- Handle network port patching and security issues
- Manage backup solutions
- Onboard and offboard users
- Perform basic Exchange Online administration
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows 11 users
- Set up, configure, and decommission IT assets
- Support CRM platform (Pipedrive)
- Troubleshoot 3CX VoIP system
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications
