IT System Administrator
Tasks
- Configure email and security settings
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Diagnose and resolve system and connectivity issues
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Maintain servers networks and software applications
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance
- Monitor antivirus systems firewalls and cybersecurity protocols
- Perform system updates backups and security patches
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Recommend IT infrastructure improvements and upgrades
- Set up and maintain printers scanners routers and switches
- Support business continuity and minimize downtime
- Support cloud based systems file sharing and remote access
