Tasks
- Administer Jira Service Management for incidents requests and changes
- Administer and configure Jira workflows permissions and user roles
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services
- Automate user management and access control with scripts
- Configure SAML and SCIM integrations
- Coordinate SaaS vendor license renewals and seat planning
- Deploy and manage endpoint devices with Intune and Jamf
- Design ITIL aligned service management queues SLAs and automations
- Enforce security policies MFA password policies and encryption
- Ensure GDPR and HIPAA compliance and audit readiness
- Implement access permissions for internal systems
- Maintain runbooks standard operating procedures and knowledge base in Confluence
- Manage Microsoft Intune policies and Autopilot
- Manage onboarding and offboarding access lifecycle
- Monitor system logs and perform security audits
- Plan and execute IT changes with rollback procedures
- Set up and manage SSO with Azure AD
