Technical Support Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Communicate business impact to product management
- Consult clients to identify root cause
- Coordinate triage for high impact issues
- Manage issue escalation and drive timely resolution
- Own technical issues and resolve at their source
- Qualify and prioritize development issues
- Support communication and testing for scheduled maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex software issues
