Project Manager - Government Security Operations
Tasks
- Assist with audits inspections and contract performance evaluations
- Conduct inspections for uniforming equipment and post orders
- Conduct investigations into misconduct and policy violations
- Coordinate hiring onboarding and training
- Develop and maintain staffing schedules
- Ensure compliance with company policies client requirements post orders and regulations
- Ensure compliance with licensing certifications uniforms and equipment
- Issue disciplinary actions and corrective action plans
- Manage and supervise site supervisors and security officers
- Monitor and track equipment inventory
- Monitor overtime labor costs and scheduling efficiency
- Oversee daily operations for armed and unarmed security personnel
- Prepare monthly operational incident and staffing reports
- Provide on call support after hours weekends holidays and emergencies
- Respond to client concerns incidents emergencies and staffing issues
- Review incident daily activity reports and supervisor logs
- Serve as liaison with government representatives
