OKTA L3 SME - System Administration

Tasks
- Conduct major incident management and participate in IDAM calls
- Handle L3 escalation for OKTA incidents and service requests
- Maintain CMDB
- Maintain SOPs runbooks and technical documentation
- Maintain and patch OKTA AD agents
- Manage OKTA mastered accounts and approvers
- Manage OKTA mastered lists and approvers lists
- Manage P1 and P2 incidents and perform root cause analysis and problem management
- Manage service accounts and service account attestation
- Manage service requests and IP whitelisting
- Mentor and support L2 OKTA administrators
- Perform OKTA administration for policies groups and application configurations
- Perform admin access management and attestation
- Perform release management for OKTA agents
- Provide OKTA platform support for day to day operations policy and group updates
- Support OKTA agent deployments upgrades and maintenance for AD and LDAP
- Support audit compliance and access review activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve OKTA MFA SSO and authentication issues
