Tasks
- Assist with IT proposals and plans
- Communicate incident progress to customers
- Design and implement network and server solutions
- Document work and submit timesheets
- Escalate incidents from L1 and L2 technicians
- Manage change management for client environments
- Monitor ticketing system
- Perform remote and onsite technical support
- Support project deployments and milestones
