L3/L4 Cloud Azure Support Engineer
Tasks
- Create and maintain runbooks and documentation
- Define and enforce Azure Policy and RBAC
- Deploy and manage ARM templates
- Develop and maintain automation scripts
- Maintain incident communication updates
- Manage critical incident escalations
- Monitor and maintain Azure environments
- Optimize Azure costs and performance
- Perform root cause analysis for major incidents
- Provide technical guidance to clients
- Recommend security posture improvements
- Respond to alerts incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot Azure IaaS and PaaS issues
