- Collect and analyze threat intelligence
- Conduct physical security audits and access reviews
- Coordinate physical security system standards
- Define performance metrics and quality assurance
- Direct incident response for theft and tampering
- Enforce stop governance policies
- Ensure continuous monitoring and staffing coverage
- Establish security SOPs
- Execute crisis management activations
- Integrate intelligence into GSOC workflows
- Lead 24x7 Security Operations
- Lead and develop GSOC supervisors and analysts
- Maintain chain of custody records
- Manage shift handover processes
- Manage training and competency standards
- Monitor GPS and telematics sensors
- Monitor emerging logistics and facility threats
- Oversee CCTV and access control monitoring
- Oversee high value shipment monitoring
- Oversee intrusion detection and alarm monitoring
- Produce incident reports and after-action reviews
- Provide situational awareness to leadership
- Serve as incident escalation point
- Support crisis exercises and tabletop simulations
- Track corrective actions
- Train staff to monitor and escalate events
