Tasks
- Build reusable pipeline templates and automation
- Collaborate with application security architecture and product teams
- Define and enforce security policies and quality gates
- Design and implement agentic workflows for automation and remediation
- Design and standardize SDLC workflows
- Drive observability strategy using logs metrics and traces
- Embed security into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish governance and guardrails for AI assisted development
- Implement GenAI integration into developer workflows
- Improve platform availability and MTTR through automation
- Lead SRE practices including SLIs SLOs and error budgets
- Lead mentor and grow DevOps SRE and DevEx engineering team
- Manage on call strategy and incident response
- Manage release change and incident management
- Own and evolve developer experience platform
- Perform RCA and postmortems
