Lead DevSecOps Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze incident data to identify root causes and preventative controls
- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate post-deployment validation
- Coordinate regression testing for platform changes
- Create and interpret monitoring and alert dashboards
- Define and manage access control with IAM solutions
- Drive application security improvements using vulnerability scanning tools
- Implement continuous improvement for platform reliability and operational processes
- Lead Kanban workflows for release tracking and continuous improvement
- Lead critical incident response on incident bridges
- Lead incident management monitoring and escalation
- Maintain CAB ticket lifecycle and deployment traceability
- Manage CI CD pipelines using Harness and infrastructure automation with Terraform
- Manage release and deployment using CI CD pipelines
- Manage risks and issues and implement mitigations
- Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault
- Oversee compliance and audit readiness for platforms
