Execute SOC 2 Type 2 endpoint security evidence collection and audit readiness
Implement automation using PowerShell Python or Bash
Lead IT projects and platform evaluations
Lead user lifecycle management in Microsoft Entra ID
Maintain IT runbooks SOPs and knowledge base
Mentor and upskill IT support team
Monitor system performance alerts and reporting dashboards
Own endpoint security standards disk encryption EDR Conditional Access and hardware authentication
Own hardware procurement standards asset tracking and equipment lifecycle
Review and close escalated tickets
Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues
