Lead Security Engineer (AI-Native)
Tasks
- Define and execute enterprise security strategy
- Design secure scalable and resilient architecture
- Embed security controls across engineering product legal and people teams
- Ensure regulatory privacy and data protection compliance
- Identify and remediate security gaps from new tools and platforms
- Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Manage vendors security tools and IT systems
- Mentor engineers and collaborate to strengthen security knowledge
- Oversee threat detection incident response and vulnerability management
- Partner with leaders on compliance automation and security best practices
- Report security posture and risk metrics to executives
- Use AI tools to implement security guardrails and automate security workflows
